| I have a DVD on the supposed Curse of the Bambino that HBO came out with after the Red Sox won the 2004 World Series and it talked about this. When it showed the replay of the Dent homer, the Boston Broadcaster said "BALL HIT HARD IN LEFT FIELD, Yastremski goes back, and he looks up and it's going to be? Out of here a home run for Bucky Dent." But that wasn't anywhere near as amazing as the Red Sox Losing the first three games of the 2004 ALCS and then coming back to win the pennant. GO SOX. |
