"no colored allowed" signs in the USA, are illegal. the point i was trying to make is that in japan those signs are LEGAL. if you actully went or even bothered to read a book about japan you may know what your saying. instead of learning about it from fucking animes and Jrock. go buy a guidebook on japan and see for yourself.
