Taken from Phill Jupitus's stand-up special, "Quadrophobia", he's just come off discussing the strange casting choices for "Phantom Menace" and is discussing who would have been a better choice for the young Obi-Wan Kenobi.
If you have ever watched an Eddie Izzard routine, you KNOW that he's not exaggerating his imitation. If you haven't, shame on you; go find one and watch it now. More British videos will be uploaded in due course, but this is a good start.

Phill is a brilliant and extremely underrated mimic. On QI alone he has performed uncanny imitations of (amongst others):
Fry & Laurie
The Three Stooges
Groucho Marx
Terry Jones' performance of the Virgin Mandy (as Doris Herod)
Yogi Bear and Boo-Boo
Plus of course the added bonus of not just quoting their lines, but putting their act into the context of the discussion.
