Could possibly be both. I'm looking right at a link for the same song done by a group called "CoCo". But, that could be the poster's error. But since I haven't really beheld the glory that is Ranma 1/2 for years, I'll bow to your better knowledge.

they are two different things. CoCo is a Japanese pop group that did some songs for the TV series. DoCo, on the other hand, is a J-pop quintet that was formed solely for the purpose of performing songs for the Ranma OVAs and consists of the original Japanese actresses for Ranma (girl), Akane, Nabiki, Kasumi and Shampoo. This song was originally by CoCo, as was Omoide Ga Ippai.
