the only problems i had with the phone right now after using it for 2 year r that once in a while the phone reboots on its own (i dont know y). other then that its a pretty decent phone with photo, video record, music player, and high volume... but its nothing special.. if ur considering this phone u should also consider its successors since this is a old phone

crap phone. i had 7 replacement phones in 6 months due to various faults. 3 screen failures 2 speaker failures, 1 button failure and failure when slid open...... got a 6300 now which has been very reliable.

my phone broke. one day just had the headphone jack was messed up that only plays music throught one earbud, then a few months later, the battery jack starting malfunctioning and i had to bend the cord at odd angles for it to charge. soon, the jack did not allow the phone to charge.
it didn't even last a year.

this phones rubbish. broke twice due to never having a screen signal, once over the screen, once for the charger jack, and it froze once you turn it on. brought it back to the damage, and it was simply blamed on water damage
