ok dude thank you soo much!! this was awesome and so very helpful! all day i was trying to convert a vid for a really important school project (ten percent of my overall average) and my normal converter thingi wasnt working! so u just relieved me of so much stress! THANKS :) and u should really have more thank yous on this cuz ur way is sooo much easier than alot of the other vids out there.

i got all that and it worked...but when i try to convert to Cell Phone it keeps saying failed because its not set to parameters...any ideas on how to fix it? great vid!

Downloads great but I can't get it to convert.I downloaded ffdshow and codec update,
but it still says "conversion failed".Any

my only suggestions would be try another video see if it works if it doesnt than you might have to reinstall it or it might just be that the video is not the right format.

yeah that same thing happened to me, i've tryed a couple of times. and everytime the same thing, it uploads but half way threw while it's on youtube. it'll say "Failure to convert."
