| There's a difference, and a dynamic one, between standing up for someone and becoming a bully yourself. Gundy overreacted and caused more of a problem with this rant. I think he was right to be upset that someone came after his player, and it's understandable that he would be upset, but in the end he ended up looking worse and making angrier, more ignorant statements than Jenny Carlson. |

| Yes, He is a man. That was the point. The stupid ass press writes an article putting down the character of one of his players. He was defending his players. He made is point saying he is a 40 year old man. Attack him, not a college athlete. The liberal press is going to grill him for this because he said he is a man. | the only reason why bob doesn't flip out is because all of the people at the daily oklahoman like ou. and they need to be put in there right place. clearly in this video it shows that the paper crossed the line. he wasn't wanting fame, he was getting the facts straight and standing up for what is right. and he is not a joke, other coaches of universities saw this video and sent coach gundy emails saying that they also hate the media and supported him for what he did. but what do you know? |

| Did they really? Because I'm fairly certain every major coach and every Sports Newscaster made fun of him openly for a year. But if you want to make up things to sound smarter, that's alright with me. Also- You clearly don't read the Daily Oklahoman, otherwise you'd know that that article was not a big deal at all, and you'd also know that at the time of this press conference, Gundy hadn't read it for himself either. But what do I know, other than the difference between "there" and "their". |
