| there is no suspension of conscious mind in yoga nidra, doors of consciousness remain awake during yoga nidra! You remain awake and focusing on what you perception in the mind and body and just observing it relaxing. It is possible, if sleep deprived and untrained in the mind to drift off to sleep, though the goal is to be fully awake and aware. | Dear Rob, The greatness of OM is that it frees you, frees you from a lot of limitations and frees you from "not knowing" - by repeating it according to your voice, your personal inner sound. Take a deep breath and let the air out freely saying OM, let it taper off, and you will find it, And not just videos playing together will sound "the same" - the whole universe is going "OM" from the atomic to the cosmic level. Call on OM to teach you that chord. I myself prefer D! Everyone can hit it. |
