Stupid rule, but a fair call. The rule should focus on taunting. Not generic celebrations. But the penalty is no excuse to lose the game. The refs didn't block the extra point.

While I won't disclose my undergrad institution, at least I did not attend a "pretend" university which is really an oversized church with books that allows its athletes to break "moral" code to become a recognized university.

I went to the UofU for undergrad, which makes it to a bowl game as much as BYU (aka LDS U).
I currently go to USC for grad. Which spanks BYU at everything, including bowl games making BYU a pretender.
Way to lose to the UofA losers. A team historically known as weak in the PAC10. Way to make the MWC look like shit. Proves that all season long you were overrated. Win or lose, the U made it to the SugarBowl.

Ridiculous. Amazing how this became so big across the country. Only at the end of the season did we find out Perkins played with pain all year and is now out of football. This really ruined the game.
