| wait this was fake right? i kno that this kinda shit happens all the time. my moms best friend/sisters daughter died when they were drunk and only 2 of them survived out of the 5 that were in the car. its very very sad. |

| MADD has a program that they do where actors (like these) which are usually kids from the high school, act as if they are drunk, hurt or dead. I have been on many a fatality accident, and this is 10 minutes is not graphic. |

| I'm sorry, but that sounds really stupid. We aren't even allowed to read speeches off of notecards for school. How hard can it possibly be to remember to tell a person their rights? I'm not trying to insult the police or anything, but I dont understand how hard it can be! |

| Its so when they testify in court they can say, "I read this to them." And then they can quote the card. I mean obviously the man can read from a card, right? But if he were to say, " Well, I told him what his rights were." There is a reasonable doubt. And the person is only guilty if proven BEYOND a reasonable doubt. |

| You are exactly right... it may only be a small paragraph, but it is the most important thing. If not stated correctly, the person responsible would walk. It is read to ensure accuracy. |
