dude i would know about the 80's i was playin in bands then. Im not 18 and i dont play ps3. There is a level of showmanship you have when you play live,trust me i know. I have played with bands like cheap trick, warrant, dokken, lynch mob, alice in chains. Just think the leg kicks are alittle over the top thats all im sayin

i think my favorite thing about malmsteen is just watching him play. he has amazing technique. when you see a lot of guitarists play their hands are flapping everywhere while malmsteens barely move. i dont mean to crack on on other players, you do whatcha gotta do to get it done, just malmsteen is awesome to watch.

I dont know, if it is true, but I see, that Yngwie in early years has different technique of playing than nowdays. I prefer his early years mostly, but nowdays, he did some masterpieces too. But in one thing nobody can beat him - ballads! His ballads are awesome!

Did someone notice that at 2:04 he changed his guitar? So the audio of the show is different from the video?...First he uses a res Strato with the rosewood neck, that he switches to the "Play Loud", the vintage white Strato with the maple neck...

Playing that fast your have to conserve movement, you haven't got TIME to flap around. He is fast as a CAT with that left hand. Sometimes you don't see the movement because it's LIGHTNING fast.
