THE STORY:
Draco and Hermione love each other, but of course Lucius Malfoy is against the relationship, because Hermione is muggleborn. So Draco has to make Lucius understand that he loves Hermione, and that they won't split up, no mater how much Lucius is against it. But Lucius doesn't care; he won't let his son hook up with a mudblood.
Hermione is very frustrated because she wants Lucius to accept him, which of course he won't. So every time Hermione sees him she gets upset and starts screaming at him, and crying. It's hard for Draco to stand up to his father -- and that's just one more thing that makes Hermione really frustrated.
Near the end Hermione and Draco are under the impression that Lucius has finally accepted the fact that Hermione and Draco are together.. but he hasn't, and he never will. :'(
