I don't imagine how they could come to those figures.For example russian maffia net worth: 1,5 billion. I wouldn't say that Roman Abramovich made his fortune legal, and he has more than 15 bill already. Then there's Semion Mogilivich. If you just take a look on the Forbes list in the top 25 there are 8 russians, not one of them has made his fortune in legal ways.and the forbes list is the official amount of money, criminals have more dirty cash than legal money.

Well think about this, the russian mafia is better hands down because of their lack of organization. This is because if you put down a leader, the rest of the network under that leader is knocked out (italian). In russian mafia, or red mafia, if you put down a leader, no problem just keep doing what you doing. Think about that.
