I'm not an american and don't watch their politics all the time but I've seen quite a bit in my life and what I dislike most about it is the whole "show" feel of it.
So many speeches made in front of a croud that consists of nothing but their own supporters who of course always cheer wildly regardless of what the person says. The matters they talk about are also often so vague and emotionally appealing that the whole thing sounds more like pure fishing of vote
s than talking about matters.

What I like about Ron Paul is that he seems to talk about the matters truthfully even if it goes against what is considered the best way to lure votes.
Felt sorry for him getting booed at for saying perfectly logical things and then all the hypocrit vote fishing politics who don't give a damn about things like truth are jumping in and trying to benefit of the situation where someone had the balls to say out loud the unpleasant truth by trying to
make him look bad and unpatriotic or whatever.

I'm amazed at how easy it is for liberals to completely overlook Ron Paul's strong pro-life views. Ron Paul is not a liberal. His anti-war position makes more sense when seen from a conservative perspective then a liberal one.
