that thing would take all day to complete production orders,
we use a screen printer by Quad Systems that pastes the entire board in seconds instead of minutes

Yeah, i agree. For production we use a dek screen printer that can print any size, whether multiple arrayed boards or not, up to about 50x50cm with a squeegee blade. The whole process takes about 20 seconds no matter how many components are on the board(s), fine pitch also. I guess the best use for this machine is mass prototyping.
