can you just convert them? Cause I downloaded Youtube videos using RealPlayer. And they are Flash and my ipod can't play Flash Videos. :(

well, you can use Clip Extractor with browsers other than IE, but there will be no icon on the browser toolbar and automatic copy/paste will not work.
so, you will have to start the program from program menu or from shortcut and to copy/paste video link manually all other functions will work
